Decent tools, delivery a bit slow
I bought a Tool Kit and some Replacement Blades for my Silhouette machine. The tools themselves are good quality, felt sturdy enough and did the job well. The blades were sharp and cut smoothly. My only minor complaint was the delivery; it took a full week to reach me in California, which felt a little long compared to other places I've ordered from. Everything was packaged well though, no damage to anything. Customer service was fine when I had a question about tracking. Overall, a good experience, but maybe they could speed up shipping a bit.
